The STAUB Square Grill Pan is a versatile pan, designed for searing and frying a wide range of ingredients, including meat, fish and vegetables. With a ribbed surface, the cast iron frying pan will create delicious caramelisation on ingredients while sealing in moisture, flavour and nutrients. It can withstand high cooking temperatures and is oven and barbecue safe, so is perfect for a wide range of cooking tasks from pan-frying, griddling and baking and is great for desserts such as Tarte Tatin. The grill pan features a metal handle and helper handle for extra control when cooking. Durable and easy to clean, the pan is suitable for all hob types (including induction). The enamel interior and exterior is chip and crack-resistant.
