Description
The STAUB Round Cocotte and Steamer allows different dishes to be cooked at the same time. The Cocotte can be used with or without the steamer. Without the steamer, it can be used as a traditional casserole dish, ideal for slow-cooked dishes such as casseroles, stews, roasts and soups. The 18/10 stainless steel steamer insert uses the rising steam to cook vegetables separately and has a silicone seal to ensure even heat distribution. Crafted from cast iron with an enamelled interior, the dish is durable, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, it is oven and grill safe without the steamer insert. The cooking dish features ergonomic helper handles for easy lifting, even when wearing oven gloves. It comes complete with a tight-fitting lid, embossed with the STAUB logo and ‘La Cocotte’ and is finished with a stainless steel knob.
