It features a Chistera Drop Structure with a spiked pattern on the arched lid that allows any condensation created during the cooking process to rain over the food, ensuring it never dries out and retains its flavour. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, the dish is oven and grill safe. It is a great size for family meals, casseroles, stews, slow-cooked meals and one-pot dishes. With ergonomic helper handles, lifting from the oven or hob to the table is simple.
