The Bakery Boss from Sage By Heston Blumenthal will let you achieve maximum results with minimum effort. Combining 1200W of heavy duty torque with 100% metal gears, the multi-purpose kitchen mixer ensures even heavy loads are prepped to perfection. The Bakery Boss will automatically adjust its power and speed as it can detect heavy loads and respond accordingly. The machine is constructed from a die cast metal mixer body, a 4.7L capacity borosilicate glass bowl and a 3.8 litre stainless steel bowl. Attachments include a scraper beater, standard flat beater, dough hook, wire whisk, splash guard and spatula. For perfect cake mixes, the extra wide attachments use a counter-clockwise mixing head with an anti-clockwise sweeping action to ensure the contents of the bowl are incorporated completely, meaning there is no need to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl. This innovative feature means that even the smallest quantities can be prepared in the machine and mixing time is reduced by up to 60%. Additional features include a light under the mixer head for illuminating the bowl, a tilt back head for easily adding extra ingredients to the bowl, a lock down mixer head and a timer.
